Katelyn Sandy joined the Sutter Care at Home San Francisco Team in 2018, bringing experience from CPMC including the Forbes Norris MDA/ALS Research and Treatment Center, acute care, skilled nursing and acute rehab settings, as well as over 10,000 hours of mindfulness training including several extended meditation retreats. Katelyn worked as a case manager, a PT field preceptor and is now the Clinical Rehab Educator at Sutter Care at Home San Francisco. Katelyn is a Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, an APTA credentialed Clinical Instructor, an Exercise Expert for Aging Adults, and holds a certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical.
