I’ve beI’ve been with Sutter Health for the past 14 years, with a background in inpatient cardiac and telemetry nursing. Throughout my time at Sutter, I’ve served as a Sutter Safe Care Champion since the safety program launched, supporting efforts to strengthen psychological safety within our teams. I also contributed to the Pathway to Excellence designation process as both a writer and a champion for shared decision-making. Most recently, participated in the system-wide projects, Nursing FOCUS, to improving clinical documentation and nursing practice.
