Tabatha Harris, PharmD, BCPS, MBA

Experienced and results-driven pharmacy leader with a strong track record across ambulatory, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, PBM, and community pharmacy settings. I bring over two decades of progressive leadership experience as a Clinical Operations Coordinator, Manager and Director of Pharmacy Services, and Community Pharmacy Manager.
I specialize in controlled substance compliance, medication safety, sterile and non-sterile compounding, managed care, and pharmacy operations. My work is grounded in a deep commitment to patient safety, adherence, and clinical excellence, with active involvement in antibiotic stewardship programs and P&T committees. I’m passionate about optimizing workflows, developing SOPs, empowering teams, and driving high-quality outcomes in both clinical and operational settings.
Educationally, I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a Business Administration minor from Ohio Northern University, and a MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
In addition to my clinical career, I’m also a certified Group Fitness Instructor—advocating for a whole-person approach to health that integrates medication management, movement, and lifestyle. I believe healthcare leaders should model wellness both inside and outside the clinical space.
