Kerry-Ann Fuller, PharmD is a clinical pharmacist.  She works with PAMF's Direct Care Coordination program, looking at older adults with both high care coordination and high medication management needs.  Her practice focuses on older adults with polypharmacy, recent fall, cognitive impairment, and medication access needs, to minimize the risk of additional harms from potentially inappropriate medications, and medication-related problems.

She received her PharmD from St. John Fisher University in 2011. She completed her PGY1 at the University of Texas at Austin, and her PGY2 at the University of Arizona. She is board certified in geriatric pharmacy, and ambulatory care pharmacy.
