Series Description: 

In this monthly patient care conference, interesting patient case studies and associated images and findings are presented and discussed. Current evidence-based guidelines and recommendations for echocardiographic imaging are reviewed.

Learning Objectives: 

1. Adopt new guidelines, scientific evidence, and best practice recommendations in cardiac echocardiography that are shared through these conferences.

3. Identify implicit bias and better manage special patient populations, such as those with racial/ethnicity differences, gender differences, and substance abuse disorders.
