Series Description

This is an educational series designed to provide updated evidence based medical management of common cardiovascular diseases and problems in primary care. Discussion will include interactive case studies to identify best practice management strategies in cardiovascular medicine.

Learning Objectives

After Attending This Activity Learners Should Be Able To:

1. Demonstrate understanding of guideline-based management of cardiovascular disease.

2. Improve adherence to guideline-based management of cardiovascular disease and therefore improve practice gaps in the delivery of this care.
