Description: 

The Sutter Solano Tumor Board brings together a multidisciplinary team to present and discuss emerging technologies and innovations in cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment. Participants review advances in diagnostic tools and therapeutic approaches while examining how evolving evidence is shaping contemporary cancer management. Through collaborative discussion grounded in national guidelines, the group works toward consensus-driven, patient-centered management strategies for individual cases.

Learning Objectives: 

At the completion of this activity, learners will be able to:

1. Discuss challenging cases and obtain a consensus from a panel of multispecialty/multidisciplinary team on a recommendation on how to manage individual cases.

2. Review new strategies and incorporate the information into everyday practice.

3. Apply new insights as how gender, age, ethnicity and other cultural/linguistic factors might influence approach to patients and their treatment.
