This virtual Grand Rounds will address the growing gap between the rapid rise in fertility preservation and the persistent disconnect between evidence‑based outcomes and patient expectations. The session will explore how limited understanding of age‑specific success rates, procedural limitations, and long‑term outcomes contributes to inconsistent counseling across clinical settings. Participants will learn strategies to provide clearer, data‑aligned guidance that supports more accurate patient expectations and informed decision‑making.
