Description:
The clinical leadership excellence program as a whole is implemented to provide new and existing physician leaders with skills and strategies needed to succeed in their roles using the 4 E’s of Exploration, Education, Exposure and Experience. This series of 90-minute modules that occur approximately once a month over 11 months, includes pre-work before each module and modules cycle through a different topic each month to allow leaders to complete the full program within a year. • Incorporate adult learning styles – combination of didactic, exercises and interactive learning
• Facilitated by internal subject matter experts (both physicians and operational leaders)

• Stand-alone content to allow leaders to join at any point in the rotation of topic
