With over eight years of experience in perioperative nursing, leadership, and education, I bring a strong clinical foundation and a passion for advancing surgical care. 

I began my career as a surgical staff nurse in the main operating room at Sutter Medical Center Sacramento (SMCS), where I developed an understanding of perioperative workflows and patient care. While completing my Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership, I transitioned into a department manager role at a Level II trauma center, gaining valuable experience in operational leadership, regulatory guidelines, and leading numerous process improvement projects. 

Currently, I serve in a system-wide role supporting perioperative education across 22 hospitals and 36 surgery centers, driving initiatives that promote clinical excellence and staff development.
