I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Govenor's University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University Sacramento.  Currently, I serve as a Nurse Educator III, where I support the development and growth od nurses through evidence-based education, mentorship, and facilitation.  I hold a board certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and I am actively engaged in continuing education through Sutter Health University and beyond.  I am a certified facilitator in the 5-Dynamics, and plan to expand my role as an educator by leading Fundamentals of Facilitation.  

    My professional development includes completion of accredited courses designed to enhance my facilitation and leadership skills, which I apply to create meaningful and interactive learning experiences.  With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and adult learning theories, I am committed to fostering excellence in nursing education and supporting colleagues in delivering high- quality, compassionate care.
