Josh Thatch brings over a decade of clinical and leadership experience in physical therapy, with a specialized focus in Oncology Rehabilitation and Lymphedema care. Since beginning his career in 2013, Josh has cultivated expertise across Neurology, Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedics, and Post-Acute Skilled Nursing, ultimately channeling his passion into oncology-focused care.

As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Cancer Exercise Specialist, Josh has been instrumental in expanding Oncology Rehab services across Sutter Health. In his current role as Physical Therapy Supervisor, he leads strategic initiatives to improve access to care, enhance clinical quality, and support accreditation efforts including NAPBC, INCP and CoC. His work has positioned him as a system-wide resource for lymphedema services, extending support from Roseville throughout the network.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento, and remains deeply committed to advancing supportive oncology services, programmatic growth, and elevating the patient experience.

Outside of his professional life, Josh enjoys cooking, coaching youth sports, staying active, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
