Description:

The clinical leadership excellence program as a whole is implemented to provide new and existing physician leaders with skills and strategies needed to succeed in their roles using the 4 E’s of Exploration, Education, Exposure, and Experience. This series of 90-minute modules, occurring approximately once a month throughout the year for a total of 13 sessions, includes pre-work before each module and case-based discussions to promote active learning strategies. The program also includes a special focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with the principles of DEI integrated into all modules where leaders can identify, describe, and demonstrate inclusive behaviors.

This module his module addresses the inconsistence in accessing and understanding patient satisfaction and other dashboard metrics (quality, growth and service) along with how to interpret/apply them, as well as how to recognize staff and providers for meeting these metrics.

Program features:

• Incorporate adult learning styles – combination of didactic, exercises and interactive learning
