2001–2008 Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Auburn, CA Operations Manager, Rehabilitation Services - Managed up to 70 staff in three locations; including Occupational, Physical, & Speech therapists, Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses, Admissions Coordinators and clerical staff.
- Provides mentorship and operational guidance to inpatient services, and an off-site outpatient wound care clinic.
- Provides programmatic and operational leadership to the inpatient acute rehabilitation unit, including systems administration, appeal writing and tracking for the RAC audit program, UDS-PRO outcome data base system administration and ECIN program administrator.
