Description:
This leadership program explores how effective leadership fosters personal growth by emphasizing the power of meaningful relationships and purposeful influence. Participants will learn how strong leaders build trust, communicate authentically, and create environments where others feel valued and empowered. It also examines the role of empathy and active listening in cultivating lasting connections that drive both individual and collective progress. This session will be on how communication is the foundation to effective leadership.
