Catherine Krna serves as the Ambulatory CEO, Greater Silicon Valley Division, Sutter Health.  In her role, Catherine leads the team at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) in support of the Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG).  PAMF is comprised of ~6,600 employees supporting over 2,000 clinicians in over 50 care sites.  

Prior to joining Sutter Health, Catherine served as the Chief Operating Officer and President, Syllable Healthcare at Syllable, an AI (artificial intelligence) enabled healthcare services company focused on easing patient access to health system customers.

Prior to Syllable, Catherine served as Stanford Health Care's Chief Administrative Officer of Ambulatory Care and Service Lines and President and CEO of University HealthCare Alliance. 

Prior to Stanford Health Care, Catherine served as a Senior Vice President at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company.
