Irina is a senior healthcare executive with 25 years of experience of leading teams and implementing culture.  Her rich experience spans from providing direct patient care to overseeing dialysis operations of a facility, and culminating in leading the creation, development and implementation of company-wide clinical programs and patient-centered care approach to deliver and achieve great clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience and ultimately achieve acknowledged clinical differentiation.

She has an extensive track record of developing and executing strategic clinical direction and goal setting and ensure the development of outcome programs to support the direction. She also has deep experience in collaborating with multiple departments, as well as building, developing and leading teams, while empowering teammates to grow professionally.

Current Irina leads a populations health services team responsible for providing care management and care coordination for Value Based Care patients in Sutter Health.

Irina holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from California State University Dominguez Hills, Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification from American Society of Quality.
