I am a clinical fellow of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine - New Orleans where I was elected as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. I then completed an Internal Medicine residency at University of California, San Diego and developed a passion for critical care with a deep interest in improving long-term outcomes after the ICU. I am now finishing my fellowship under a T32 training grant and taking courses in the MSCI program.

My research interests include long-term cognitive impairment following critical illness, cognitive rehabilitation and the relationship between physical activity and cognitive recovery after critical illness.
