Nanda Garber, MA, PCC

Nanda is a Principal Consultant with the Executive Development team within Sutter Health University. With over 20 years of corporate experience in a variety of industries, Nanda specializes in working with senior leaders and teams who need high-value, strategic solutions to complex challenges. Her down-to-earth, direct, and personable style enables leaders to make behavioral shifts and take action toward increased effectiveness.
At Sutter, she serves as a member of the Leadership Academy program team, crafting executive learning experiences, designing individual and group coaching, and facilitating participants growth with ongoing feedback and support. Beyond Leadership Academy, she brings her extensive background in organizational effectiveness consulting and coaching to leading the executive coaching practice and designing team and group workshops.
Nanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from Columbia
University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. She has certifications in organizational and personal coaching from John F. Kennedy University as well as the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She lives in her hometown of Palo Alto and stays busy with her two teenagers.
