Ms. Bell is a Senior Vice President and member of the Revenue & Operations Improvement practice. In 2017, Julie became a CDI consultant. She works with clients to improve documentation, enhance knowledge and optimize quality performance through her expertise in evaluation and management documentation and hierarchical condition category capture. Her expertise is provided through education to providers and clinical documentation teams and process review and refining approaches.

Ms. Bell earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University. She is a registered nurse, and a Certified Coding Specialist, Risk Adjustment Coder and Clinical Documentation Specialist. She is a member of the AAPC, AHIMA and ACDIS (national and state).
