Michelle Fu is an Assistant Vice President for Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI) practice. Her responsibilities include assessment analysis and implementation of operational improvement initiatives related to documentation integrity, for hospitals and health systems nationwide. Ms. Fu’s experience includes the process development and project management necessary to develop and enhance the operations of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) teams across all settings of care.
