My name is Sofia Masani and I am currently an Infection Preventionist at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, the flagship hospital of the Sutter Health System. I have been with the hospital for approximately 3 years and attained my CIC within the first year of hire. Previously, I worked with the communicable disease unit at Sacramento County Department of Public Health, where we investigated disease reports from all over Sacramento County.
