Dr. Regelman Graduated from the UCSD school of medicine.

He completed his internship and urologic residency at Penn State Hershey medical center. 

He completed his fellowship training in Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery with Minnesota Urology. 

Prior to moving to California in 2022 he was in private practice in Minneapolis and St. Paul Minnesota.

His clinical areas of interest and expertise are in the treatment of Urologic Oncologic disease such as prostate, kidney, bladder, testicular cancer. 

He also specializes in minimally invasive treatment of benign urologic disease such as urinary stones and prostate enlargement.
