0892_EMC_Nursing Grand Rounds: Pathways to Excellence_ Live
Description:
This Nursing Grand Rounds session introduces staff to the Pathway to Excellence® standards and how they directly influence daily nursing practice, shared governance, and patient outcomes at Eden Medical Center. Participants will learn how unit‑level decisions, rounding practices, and policy development align with Pathway elements of performance, and how nurses’ voices shape a healthy work environment. Using organizational examples and survey data, the session helps nurses recognize their role in advancing excellence and prepares them to support Eden’s Pathway journey through informed engagement and practical strategies.
