By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:
• Describe key insights gained from their informational interview related to organizational structure, roles, and leadership pathways.
• Identify at least one way they intend to apply insights from the interview to enhance their effectiveness or visibility within the organization.
• Interpret financial/budgeting information shared by their manager and connect it to financial decision-making within their department.
• Apply a human-centered change framework to analyze a real organizational change scenario.
• Develop an actionable step they intend to take as to better support their team through change.
