Dr. Jill Kacher Cobb is the Chief Medical Executive at Novato Community Hospital and the Physician Wellness Lead for Sutter Bay Hospitals. She is a current Director for the Sutter Bay Board and Chair of the Governance and Compliance Committee. After completing residency at the University of California San Francisco, she worked in private practice as an anesthesiologist for 16 years at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center where she served as Department Chair and Chief of Staff at the Summit Campus. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, scuba diving, and traveling with her family.
