Charisse Daggs – DEI Director, East Bay: Charisse served as a DEI Consultant for the past two years, where she advised organizations, founders, and executives on developing DEI strategies with measurable outcomes. She was previously the Group Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Intuit, where she was a founding member of the organization’s DEI Center of Excellence and drove global DEI strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal Poly, a master's in accounting taxation, and a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell. She also volunteers her time with the Jackie Robinson Foundation, Junior Achievement, and the GenderCool Project
