Dr. Tamika Bailey grew up in Miami, FL and did undergrad and medical school at Northwestern University. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at UCSF in 2013 and recently graduated from geriatrics fellowship at UCSF in 2023. She has worked as a hospitalist at ABSMC for almost 12 years. She is a physician champion for wellness and delirium prevention. She is the Specialty Education Coordinator for geriatrics in the Internal Medicine residency program that launched at Summit in July 2024. She is also the physician lead for the Age Friendly Health Systems implementation at ABSMC. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, running, hot yoga, crafting, and cooking.
