0862_SHU_Fast Track to Scrub_Live_Cohort 26.02
Description:
This dynamic 2‑day, in‑person program is designed for both novice and experienced RNs working in surgical settings who are ready to expand their practice by adding scrubbing competencies. Through a blend of focused lectures, hands‑on practice, and interactive skills stations, participants will build a strong foundation in the essential functions of the Scrub Nurse role. Grounded in AORN evidence‑based principles, the program provides a practical and comprehensive review of the key techniques, responsibilities, and intraoperative workflows utilized by Scrub Nurses and Surgical Technologists. To reinforce learning, participants will complete a post‑course exam/quiz. Successful completion qualifies attendees to receive continuing education (CE) credits. Learners will leave equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to contribute safely and effectively within the surgical team.
