Description:
At Sutter Health, our leaders and care teams play a pivotal role in realizing our vision of delivering the highest standards in quality, access, and affordability across the healthcare continuum. To meet this mission, they require not only deep knowledge of our healthcare environment but also practical skills in process improvement, team leadership, change management, and patient partnership. Since its inception in 1999, the Managing Clinical Excellence (MCE) program has been a cornerstone in preparing clinical leaders to drive meaningful transformation. The program equips participants with the tools and insights needed to lead integrated care initiatives, enhance clinical outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Designed for improving clinical processes, supporting integration strategies, or conducting related research, MCE targets individuals at the supervisory level and above.
