Dr. Phares was born and raised in Santa Clara, California. She attended UC Davis for college and medical school. She completed a residency in General Surgery at UC Davis Health and then a fellowship in Pediatric Surgery at the University of British Columbia/BC Children's Hospital. She is glad to be back in Northern California and providing care to children in our community.
