I’m a Program Manager at Sutter Health with more than a decade of experience leading healthcare initiatives that strengthen patient experience, quality, and operational excellence. My work focuses on bringing people, strategy, and data together to support programs that improve care delivery and outcomes for the communities we serve.

I’m passionate about building collaboration across clinical and operational teams and helping translate ideas into meaningful action. In addition to my program leadership work, I serve as Co-Lead of Sutter Health’s Multicultural Employee Resource Group, where I help create opportunities to celebrate cultural heritage, build community, and strengthen inclusion and belonging across our organization.

Fluent in five languages, I bring a global perspective and a deep commitment to health equity that reflects the diverse communities we serve. I am currently pursuing my Master of Health Administration at Louisiana State University, and I remain deeply committed to shaping healthcare systems that are innovative, inclusive, and centered on people.
