Tapan Shah, PharmD, MBA, CSP, is a pharmacy executive with over 15 years of experience across ambulatory, specialty, and health system pharmacy practice. He currently serves as Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy at a large Northern California health system, where he leads system-wide outpatient and specialty pharmacy operations across multiple sites and service lines.

In his current role, he has overseen the expansion of specialty pharmacy services, strengthened clinical and operational workflows, and supported the development of integrated, patient-centered care models in collaboration with physician and multidisciplinary teams. His work focuses on improving access to complex therapies, advancing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between pharmacy services and broader system goals.

He is a Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) and holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, with a strong interest in advancing pharmacy practice through education, collaboration, and evidence-based care delivery.
