Hello!  My name is Chelsea and I am a Bay Area native, born in SF and raised in Daly City.  I earned my BS in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco, where I first discovered I had a passion for rehab during my time as an athletic training intern.   I went on to the University of the Pacific, where I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  I have worked in multiple settings as a physical therapist including acute care, long term care, outpatient therapy, skilled nursing, and now home health where I have found my home at Sutter Care at Home. I have had the honor of serving as the Clinical Rehab Educator at our SCAH San Mateo branch since 2024, where I have been able to discover my second passion in education! Aside from my education and career, I have a husband, 2 sons, and a large extended family who I spend most of my free time having fun and relaxing with!
