Alexandra Seda, RN, BSN is a registered nurse at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and a frontline leader in patient experience and nursing culture transformation.

She co-leads the RN Bundle and One Sutter Experience Peer-to-Peer Coaching Program, partnering with nurses and leadership across Sutter Health to strengthen communication, improve care consistency, and elevate the patient experience.

Through peer coaching, frontline engagement, and data-driven improvement strategies, Alex works to empower bedside nurses to become leaders of culture, quality, and patient expereince within their units.
