Sandra Drumonde, MSN, RN serves as the Chief Nurse Executive at Sutter Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, California, where she provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for nursing operations across a 419‑bed acute care hospital. With extensive experience spanning inpatient and outpatient care, Sandra is recognized for advancing clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce engagement while building high-performing, resilient teams. 

A committed nurse leader and lifelong learner, Sandra is passionate about developing future nursing leaders, promoting professional practice, and supporting nurses to work at the top of their license.
