As part of the annual one-day Nursing Symposium, this peer-reviewed poster presentation is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with actionable content that highlights quality improvement programs being completed within Sutter Health. This presentation aims to help close the research-to-practice gap by proving the mechanism by which nurses throughout the organization can review the scholarship of their peers and collaborate on the implementation of practice changes.

At the end of the reflection learners should be able to:
- Apply at least one concept or evidence-based strategy gained through poster review to clinical practice, as demonstrated through the development of a documented Commitment to Change.
- Evaluate poster content related to research and quality improvement initiatives to identify actionable strategies that can enhance patient outcomes, nursing practice, and care delivery.
- Integrate insights from poster presentations into interdisciplinary practice by recognizing opportunities to improve collaboration, communication, and implementation of best practices within the clinical setting.

This course provides an opportunity to review and reflect on posters presented at the 2026 Nursing Symposium.
How It Works
Participants earn CE credit based on the number of posters reviewed and completed reflective evaluations.
- You may review any posters, in any order
- Credit is awarded based on the total number of posters reviewed, not specific poster selections
- 1 CE credit is awarded for every 7 posters reviewed, up to a maximum of 8 CE credits

To begin:

- Then select the course(s) that correspond to the number of posters you plan to review and enroll in them
Example:
If you plan to review 14 posters, enroll in:

- The 1–7 posters course
- The 8–14 posters course
This will allow you to complete the required reflections and claim 2 CE credits.
