This one hour session is designed to support newly graduated physician residents in their role as providers of education to peers, patients, and families. Participants will explore the difference between instruction and facilitation and examine how facilitation skills can improve learner engagement, psychological safety, and meaningful dialogue across clinical and educational settings. Through examples, residents will gain practical strategies to enhance communication, manage group dynamics, and create inclusive learning environments that support effective patient and peer education.
