Erika White, MSN, RN

Erika White, MSN, RN, is a nursing professional based in Sacramento, California. She currently serves as the Nurse Navigator for the focused ultrasound program at Sutter Health, where she will leverage her clinical background to guide patients through this cutting-edge treatment pathway. Concurrently, she is expanding her clinical scope by pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Adult Gerontology Acute Care at the University of Colorado Anschutz, with an expected graduation in May of 2027.
Her clinical foundation is built on extensive experience managing complex patient needs in the PACU and ICU. Beyond the bedside, Erika has demonstrated a commitment to strong clinical leadership. At Kiidbody, she served as a Nursing Leader, working directly with the Chief Medical Officer and supporting clinical teams across the country. She brings proven expertise in building and scaling clinical facilities, having independently established the first satellite clinic for a separate reproductive endocrinology practice.
Erika is committed to academic achievement. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from California State University, Chico, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She also earned her Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing with High Distinction from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her dedication to patient safety and outstanding care has resulted in a 2025 Good Catch Award nomination at MPMC and recognition as a Guardian Angel Honoree at Tarzana Hospital.
Before transitioning into healthcare, she drew on her UC Berkeley education in psychology and engineering leadership to serve as a Chief of Staff for several technology companies.
Off the clock, you can find her training for her next half marathon, buried in a novel or the NYT puzzle app, watching Formula 1, or exploring the food scene. She would be delighted if you showed her a picture of your dog or shared a fun fact with her.
