Renee Low, Ph.D.
Dr. Renee Low is a board-certified neuropsychologist at Sutter Medical Foundation Neuroscience Division in Sacramento and has been conducting neuropsychological assessments for over 15 years. She provides neuropsychological evaluations for adults with various neurological issues including movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, brain tumors, hydrocephalus, epilepsy, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. At Sutter, Dr. Low has participated in memory clinic, the Sutter Transition for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorder clinic (STAND), pre-surgical evaluations for movement disorders and epilepsy and various research projects. Previously, Dr. Low served as the director of the Sutter youth sports concussion program in collaboration with other local neuropsychologists and sports medicine physicians on a sports concussion consortium for Northern California high schools and sports clubs. Dr. Low also previously served as the co-director of the Swedish sports concussion clinic, faculty for the ACGME Swedish Sports Medicine Fellowship and was the consulting neuropsychologist for two Seattle professional sports teams. She received her Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego and her bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego. Dr. Low is a diplomate of the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology (ABN) and served as president (2017-2019), member-at-large and examination chair. She currently serves on the National Academy of Neuropsychology conflict of interest committee.
