This live learning session equips nursing professionals with practical skills to accurately differentiate intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), with a focus on clear, precise clinical documentation. Learners will review key assessment findings, imaging correlations, and documentation best practices that support timely diagnosis and interdisciplinary communication. The program also covers pharmacologic management of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and evidence-based nursing considerations in the acute management of hemorrhagic stroke to optimize patient outcomes.
