Melinda Case has been a leader in Trauma Services for over 30 years. Her nursing background includes Trauma/Critical Care, Emergency, Trauma Lead RN, and Trauma Program Director for a Level I Trauma Center in Las Vegas, where she started the Trauma Program, and oversight of a Level II Trauma Center in Escondido, CA for the past 10 years until coming to Eden Medical Center in January of 2025. She is a former Board member of the Society of Trauma Nurses, a course director for TNCC, ACTN and ATLS. She also co-authored a Trauma Nurse Certification Course and sat on the Trauma Nurse Certification initial planning committee.
