Elizabeth "Liddy" Deacon, MSHCM, FACHE, CPXP, is Senior Director of Experience of Care at Sutter Health, where she leads enterprise strategies that elevate Patient and Provider Advocacy, Patient Experience Coaching, Spiritual Care, Service Ambassador, and Volunteer Services programs to foster meaningful connections across patients, staff, and the communities they serve. In this role, she partners across the organization to ensure the human experience of care is embedded into strategy, operations, and outcomes.
