Ms. Adams started at California Pacific Medical Center as a UC Berkeley Student intern in 2015 and was hired in 2016 as an employee. She has been in a leadership role for 4 years, starting as a Supervisor for Care Coordination. Ms. Adams works at both the Van Ness Campus as well as the Davies 3 South unit for psychiatry. Primary responsibilities are to oversee the discharge planning activities of the social workers with a special interest in socially complex patients, psychiatric patients, and high users of medical services.
