Kendra Williams is a highly experienced and dedicated registered nurse with a strong background in the emergency department, critical care transport, and nursing education. With over 15 years of hands-on clinical experience, she has built a career centered on patient advocacy, clinical excellence, and mentorship.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Elementary School Education and an emphasis in Life Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, completed in August 2005. Driven by a passion for healthcare, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University East Bay in December 2008.

Currently, she serves as the Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, where she oversees the clinical side of the department including patient safety and interdepartmental collaboration. Her expertise extends to critical care transport as a CCT RN with Eagle Ambulance, providing life-saving interventions during high-risk patient transfers. Earlier in her career, she worked at Mills Peninsula Medical Center, rotating through the Pre-Op/Post-Op Unit and Medical/Surgical/Oncology Unit, offering comprehensive perioperative and inpatient care. From 2015 to 2018, she contributed to the next generation of nurses as a Clinical Nurse Instructor at CSUEB, teaching in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Units. Her dedication to inclusive care was also evident in her role with Special Needs Nursing, Inc., where she supported children with complex medical needs in school settings.

She holds multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and is proficient in EPIC electronic health record systems. She is licensed as both a Registered Nurse (RN #743491) and a Public Health Nurse (PHN #74915) in California.
