Maggie So, M.D. attended the University of California Los Angeles for her undergraduate studies, then received her medical degree from New York Medical College. She came back to San Francisco and completed her residency at CPMC, where she received the graduating Resident of the Year award and also served as a Chief Resident. After working as a hospitalist in the East Bay, she returned to CPMC in 2011 to join the Pacific Inpatient Medical Group. Dr. So loves teaching and working with residents and medical students and attends on the wards as a hospitalist. As Program Director, her areas of interest include bedside teaching, clinical reasoning and resident coaching and mentorship.
