Stephanie Sampsell, MBA, CRA, CRT, RT(R)(ARRT), is a healthcare and medical imaging leader with more than 16 years of experience spanning clinical practice, imaging operations, education, workforce development, and regulatory compliance. Her career has included leadership roles across acute care and ambulatory imaging environments, with experience supporting radiography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, and other advanced imaging services.

Stephanie currently works in Academic Partnerships at Sutter Health, where she collaborates with healthcare leaders, educational institutions, and community partners to strengthen clinical education, expand imaging workforce pipelines, and develop training and upskilling opportunities for current and future healthcare professionals. Her work includes developing academic partnerships, supporting clinical placements, advancing employee education pathways, and navigating regulatory and accreditation requirements impacting medical imaging.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Radiology Administrator and registered Radiologic Technologist. Stephanie is passionate about supporting the growth of the medical imaging profession, with a particular focus on helping current healthcare employees advance their careers through education, professional development, and accessible pathways into new imaging specialties. She is equally committed to developing the next generation of imaging professionals and strengthening the connection between education, workforce development, and the evolving needs of healthcare.
