Doris Monsalud has been a dedicated member of Eden Medical Center since November 2022, serving in the vital role of Medical Staff Assistant. In this capacity, she provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to medical staff departments and committees, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance across multiple clinical and administrative functions.

In 2023, Doris expanded her professional scope by working closely with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Through hands-on experience, continuous training, and in‑depth understanding of accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) standards, she developed strong expertise in designing, preparing, and coordinating CME activities for providers across the organization.

Her growing knowledge of ACCME requirements has allowed her to take a proactive role in planning successful CME meetings—from agenda development and speaker coordination to compliance documentation and post‑event tracking. Doris has been instrumental in streamlining processes so that providers receive timely CME certificates, maintaining a consistent weekly availability schedule.

In her current responsibilities, Doris supports multiple departments and medical staff committees at Eden Medical Center. Her focus on accuracy, communication, and efficiency enables her to manage diverse administrative workflows while contributing to the accreditation, quality, and educational goals of the institution.
