John Paro is a Plastic Surgeon at PAMF in Dublin, practicing here for 10 years.  He received his medical degree at the University of Chicago and completed his surgical training at Stanford.  He is an active medical volunteer for Operation Access, an organization who helps provide specialty surgical care to uninsured patients and for the past three years he has also served on the Board of Directors of this group.  His non-profit work also includes Doctor Vegetable - dedicated to promoting a heart-healthy lifestyle at a young age, which he co-founded with his wife Renee Rodriguez, a PAMF colleague in pediatric cardiology.  He enjoys writing, recording and performing original music - and his mom thinks some of them are quite nice.
