Kristin Fladseth Heidorn, MPH, is a Sonoma County–based community health consultant and principal of KFH Strategic Impact. Her work spans research, evaluation, strategic planning, and facilitation, helping public-sector and nonprofit organizations turn community data into coordinated action. She led First 5 Sonoma County's Maternal Health Needs Assessment and brings more than a decade of public health leadership in Sonoma County, including serving as the backbone for Health Action, a 100+ member cross-sector collaborative recognized nationally for its work on health equity. She holds an MPH from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and is a mom to two young children.
